For he himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility,
Ephesians 2:14
All through the years of my distress,
an inner voice gave me no peace-
as this passage of scripture kept pestering me,
"Comfort ye, comfort ye, my people, saith your God."
Even in my darkest moments,
in the depth of despair, it never let me rest.
I tried to stop my inner ears from even sensing this compelling voice but no,
it always there.
Then I began to question my part or worthiness to even consider this call to repentance and mission,
once I had a ready and willing ally,
Satan saying don't listen,
don't heed,
we've gone too far.
Then as my real self began to listen,
the impelling words of Revelation started to trickle into my consciousness.
Not only was I withholding the Gospel and the keys of the mystery of the kingdom from myself,
as well as the power of Godliness in practicing and administrating the ordinances from others.
